Refund Policy

We want you to pay only for checks that work.
Failed checks
If a detection fails for any reason on our side, the credits for that check are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.
Creator subscription
You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. If you request a refund within 7 days of your first payment and have used fewer than 20 checks in that period, we will refund it in full. Renewals are not refunded, but cancellation stops future charges.
API credit packs
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 10% of the credits have been used. Partially used packs outside these limits are not refundable.
How to request
Email us from the address on your account with your order ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
