By using AI Music Detector or its API you agree to these terms.
The service
AI Music Detector analyses audio and estimates whether it was generated with AI tools, which generator it most resembles, and how the signal varies across the track. Access is available in the browser and through an API.
Results are probabilistic
Detection results are statistical estimates, not proof. They can be wrong, particularly for new generator versions, heavily processed audio, short clips and tracks that mix AI and human material. You are responsible for decisions you make with results. Do not use a result as the sole basis for takedowns, withholding royalties, or public accusations.
Your content
You must have the right to submit the audio you upload or link. You keep all rights in your audio. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the detection, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Accounts, keys and credits
Keep your account and API keys secure; you are responsible for usage under them. Credits are consumed per started 5 minutes of audio. Free daily credits do not accumulate. Creator plan credits reset each billing period. API credit packs do not expire while the service operates. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse free checks (for example by creating multiple accounts), attempt to reverse-engineer or benchmark the service for a competing product without permission, overload the API, or use the service to harass or defame artists.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email before they take effect.
